How long will it take to get my restaurant open?

That depends on a number of factors. Having the cash
on hand to pay professionals every step of the way
can speed things up considerably.
Do-it-yourselfers, with more time than money,
also experience successful start-ups, but they
generally take a little longer. Six to twelve
months in development is average.
